5. Always check the fastening of the transmission shaft hanger, whether the supporting rubber is damaged, whether the connecting parts of the transmission shaft are loose, and whether the transmission shaft is deformed.

6. In order to ensure the dynamic balance of the transmission shaft, always pay attention to whether the balance welding strip is desoldered. The new drive shaft assembly is provided as a complete set. When loading the new drive shaft, pay attention to the assembly mark of the expansion sleeve and ensure that the flange fork is in a plane. When repairing and disassembling the transmission shaft, print the assembly mark on the expansion sleeve and flange shaft, so as to maintain the original matching relationship during reassembly.

7. Always fill the universal joint cross bearing with grease, No. 3 lithium grease in summer and No. 2 lithium grease in winter.

How to use the wiper correctly?

1. Ensure that there is water on the surface of the front windshield. The wiping part of the car wiper is made of natural rubber material. Wiping when the front windshield is very dry will scratch the rubber surface due to excessive friction, thus affecting the wiping effect. Therefore, the car wiper can only be used when there is water on the surface of the front windshield.

2. Timely clean the wiper strip and the attachments on the glass surface. Before the car wiper works, it is necessary to remove the impurities attached to the glass surface and the wiper strip, because these impurities will increase the friction between the rubber strip and the glass when the wiper works, so as to block the rubber or scratch the glass surface, resulting in unclear scraping.

3. Stand up the wiper blade when parking. When parking, stand up the wiper blade to prevent the rubber strip from contacting the glass surface, especially when the car is not used for a long time. It is trapped that the dust and impurities will fall between the rubber strip and the glass surface when parking. When using the wiper, these dust and impurities will add force to rub and scratch the rubber strip or glass surface, thus affecting the wiping effect; When the car stops, a lot of heat energy from the engine evaporates upward between the engine cover and the windscreen. If the wiper blade is not erected, the aging of the wiper blade will be accelerated.

 

4. Daily cleaning of the glass surface during daily car washing, it is necessary to remove the oil stains or dirt attached to the front windshield surface, so that the front windshield surface is clean and free of attachments. Otherwise, the oil stains or dirt attached to the front windshield surface will cause the wiper blade to jump and make a sound during the scraping process.

5. Avoid chemical erosion, such as water glass and other chemicals will erode the adhesive strip and accelerate the aging of the adhesive strip, so try not to use chemical substances to scrub the front windshield. Even if you use them, you should also pay attention not to let the chemical substances come into contact with the adhesive strip.

6. Clean the adhesive strip carefully. When cleaning the adhesive strip of the wiper blade, gently wipe it with a soft cloth or rinse it with water to avoid scratching or pulling the adhesive strip due to improper cloth or excessive force.

Once the transmission shaft parts are worn, deformed or lose dynamic balance, the car will produce abnormal noise and vibration during driving.
